Sarah Clay - Workfit Physiotherapist

Sarah graduated from the South Australian Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy in 1987. She has 24 years of experience working in private practice, bringing a wealth of experience to the practice.

Sarah has always had a keen interest in working with sporting clubs and spent many years at grass-roots level working with football, Rugby League and Rugby Union clubs. She continues to work closely with athletes and musculo-skeletal injuries, now in the rehabilitative setting.

Due to her own musculoskeletal issues, Sarah has had to move away from clinic work and subsequently began specialising in working with exercise rehabilitation for injuries. She underwent extensive further training as a Clinical Pilates instructor through the LifeCare Physiotherapy training program and has been working in this area now for over three years. Her work also includes specific functional gym based retraining programs, through the Workfit system, for those who have been injured at work or in motor vehicle incidents.

Sarah loves camping and the outdoors, raising a happy, healthy family and looking after both her health and fitness, and the health and fitness of others.
